Built 2 Last: Lower Extremity Return to Sport In-Person Course
from $500.00
PT or Student::

This 2-day in-person course will be held on September 20th-21st at Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Ohio. This course is currently pending approval for 15 CEU’s through the OPTA. The cost is $700 for PTs and $500 for student physical therapists.

What does your lower extremity return to sport process look like? How do you manage objective data, post-surgical protocols, and uncertain timelines when making clinical decisions and progressions? How do you provide your clients with the greatest likelihood of getting back to their passion or their sport?

This course is intended to refine your clinical decision-making skills, sharpen your exercise prescription & progression, and streamline the reconditioning process to maximize your outcomes. The lectures and labs will present reconditioning principles, leverage objective data and literature to aide in decision-making, and foster an agile approach to return to sport that does not mandate following a specific protocol. The material is intended to blend critical thinking and real-time laboratory application related to lower extremity injuries. The information presented is meant to provide participants with immediately applicable strategies and systems to be leveraged in practice. A particular emphasis is directed toward understanding and prescribing lower extremity movement, how to select and progress relevant interventions, and discussions of how to leverage evidence-based practice to inform decision-making across the entire return to sport continuum.
